Schwarzwald

February 23rd through 24th

Der Schwarzwald ist sehr schön.  Viele Studenten dachten, daß es zu lange und sehr langweilig war, aber es war eine gute Auszeit für mich.  Wir haben zwei Wanderungen gemacht und hatten viel Zeit zu spielen und miteinander zu reden.

(The Black Forest was very beautiful.  Many students thought that it was too long and very boring, but I thought it was a nice break.  We took two hikes, and had a lot of time to play games and talk with one another.)

Die erste Wanderung...
(The First Hike)

Wir warten auf unsere Tutorinnen.  Es ist sehr kalt und es schneit.

(We are waiting for our leaders.  It was very cold and snowing.)

Ricky führt uns durch den Schwarzwald. (Ricky leads us on through the Black Forest!)		Unsere erste Pause.  Die Hälfte der Gruppe geht zurück weil es zu kalt war.  (Our first break.  Half of the group went back because it was too cold.)  (Thanks Kristen for taking the only picture with me in it!)
